  • Ken Greenberg, a former investment banker and private equity professional, is the founder of KLG Consultants, LLC. He heads the Corporate Consulting practice at KLG. Besides his other academic a professional accomplishments, he has a Lean Management Certification through ExpertRating. Ken serves as a facilitator for the Emerging Leaders program delivered in conjunction with the SBDC and the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce, and was a past board member of ExecConnect Denver.

  • Ken has also been a member of the board of a number of private companies where he made an investment due to his prior association with three private equity firms, one that closed in 2004.

  • Ken's experience in investment banking, private equity, and private company board membership has allowed him to see a number of successful and unsuccessful ventures and organizations. His experience led him to study and research organizational development, human capital development, and modern leadership theory. He has written a white paper and articles on the subject and studied the use of facilitation in leadership training, both academically and professionally.

  • Subsequently, for KLG clients, Ken uses cutting edge assessments, facilitative training, and coaching to help all types of organizations remove impediments to success and increase performance. He brings 32 years of experience to your organization and, through KLG, can act as Your CEO's Temporary Right-Hand Man® or as a key advisor during critical periods of change during your organization’s development. He believes in a balanced and fair approach to business negotiations, leadership development, management training, and strategic planning.
